Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using KMKM, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or account misuse.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights.
• Attempt to interfere with platform security or operation.
• Automate abusive behavior, spam, or manipulate rankings.
• Upload harmful code or misuse service infrastructure.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

KMKM and its original content, features, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant KMKM a limited license to host and display it for operation of the service.

5. No Gambling or Wagering

KMKM is a social football score prediction game for entertainment. Predictions do not involve staking money or anything of monetary value. KMKM does not offer betting, wagering, odds, cash prizes, real-money payouts, or cash-out features.

Points, rankings, action cards, coins, cosmetics, and other virtual items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, prizes, betting credit, or anything outside the KMKM service.

6. Purchases and Virtual Items

Paid features, subscriptions, or virtual items (if offered) are billed under the terms shown at purchase. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once access is granted. Virtual coins and items are for cosmetic or entertainment use inside KMKM only and are not financial instruments.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep KMKM available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required for security, or when legally necessary.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

KMKM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KMKM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of KMKM after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
